The deciding factor is usually your existing Microsoft estate. If your team already lives in Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, Business Central sits in the same tenant and the joins are already built. If you have no Microsoft dependency, Acumatica is a strong ERP on its own merits.

When should a business move from MYOB to Business Central?

Yes. All three are common starting points. We extract your chart of accounts, customers, suppliers and open transactions, clean and validate the data, then load it into Business Central before go live. The technical migration is rarely the hard part. Deciding how much history to bring across usually is.
What does Business Central cost compared to MYOB and Xero?
MYOB Business and Xero start cheaper per user but scale poorly. The honest comparison is total cost of ownership: once you are buying add ons for inventory, jobs, reporting and multi currency on MYOB or Xero, the gap closes and Business Central usually wins because everything is native and on one platform.
Can we keep Xero or MYOB running in parallel during migration?
Yes, and it is common for a short period around cutover. We plan the overlap so there is no gap in your financial reporting. Most clients run the old system for one full month end after go live, then close it.
Do we need to change our IT provider to move to Business Central?
No. Oxana is the partner who also runs your IT, but plenty of our Business Central clients keep their existing provider. It works because the ERP and the IT are not two companies pointing at each other when something breaks.
