1. The Scope
Scoping is the first and most important step of any project, where we dive deep into your business, explore your processes, identify your goals, and show you how we can turn them into a reality. In this phase, our technical experts get to know your business inside and out, how it works today, and what you want to achieve in the future. This way, we can show you how we can transform your requirements into a comprehensive solution, design a project plan and give you precise costs.
2. The Planning
We are excited to collaborate with the client on this project and help them achieve their goals. The first step is to create a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables and milestones of the project. We also set up our internal systems to ensure smooth communication, coordination and quality control throughout the project. We then onboard the client and introduce them to our project management tools and processes. Finally, we have a project kick-off meeting with the core project team, where we discuss the methodology, the way of working and expectations for each phase of the project.
3. The Channels
We have divided the project into different channel, each one focusing on a specific aspect of the solution. For each channel, we follow a three-step process: First, we conduct Analysis & Design workshops, where we explore and document your detailed requirements. Second, we perform Configuration & low code workshops, where we tailor the solution to meet your needs. Third, we present PoC Reviews, where you get to see and evaluate what we have done. After completing a channel, we conduct User Acceptance Testing and address any remaining issues in the project logbook.
4. Implementation
We are almost there! This is the final stage of the project, where we get to see our amazing solution in action and share it with the users. We review the whole solution from end to end and test it thoroughly. We also create training material and deliver the training package to different types of users (digital citizens, makers, admins etc). Then we move to Go-Live, where we set up the live system, transfer the solution and data from the test environment to the production environment. We also provide post-live support for a defined period of time, where we help with any issues or questions that may arise during go-live.
5. The Handover
Post Go-Live is an exciting time to apply what you have learned from the project, or from the adoption framework knowledge you acquired before. This is when we gather and evaluate your maturity level so you can become a Self-Managed-Service. You have the potential to Self-Managed-Service. It's just a matter of time. We have a backup for your usual help-desk support, user training, change requests, project management, technical consultancy and development work. But our goal is to hand you the keys.
